accessing PC(WIndows/IOS) on same wifi network

Hi, I was just wondering if there are any relatively straight forward ways of accessing laptops/PCs that are on the same wifi connection?

I am looking into RATs at the moment as well but find it hard to understand them.

I would love to be able to remotely acces the files and control webcam/microphone etc.

again, the laptops/PCs are on the same wifi network, in case this makes a difference.

I am completely new to hacking and this forum as well, any help is welcome!
Yes/No? Depends if the system has a vulnerability on it. For example EternalBlue was able to exploit Microsoft's SMB protocol to remotely infect computers on the same network.

You could always use NMAP to see if there's a possible vuln, but other than that, you're SOL. Unless you can gain priv access to the systems to install your RATs and add the exception to their AV.
Hi.
I think you may access to those PC / laptops via remote access ports (i.e. 445, 3389).
Please try EternalBlue, if there is any vulnerable PCs.
But it will not work if laptop / PCs are running on Win 10.
