I'm using Opera VPN. I've changed the location to "Americas" to try to access a US based website, but it's still saying "not available in Europe". WTF!?

Wipe the browser session data.

Things like cookies can be used to enforce these geolocation restrictions even after you've refreshed with a new IP address that should satisfy the access checks.
