I personally don't use a lot of the forums and it's a pain in the ass to scroll through hundreds of posts in forums I really don't care about. For example, I use the "new posts" feature to view the latest posts. It would be awesome to mute certain forums from showing up in this list.

or maybe a "get new posts from specific forums"

Already exists as the "Search Favorites" (heart icon). Select the forum results that you want to see here: https://hackforums.net/usercp.php?action=options

After that just click the heart icon linked on every page: https://hackforums.net/search.php?action=getfavorites
