Yes, there are still some way to get rank in google, but things had been changed a way long than we expected since years...but there will be always a solution, but now a days we are getting more local ranking in maps (hope you had noticed even ADs starting showing up in local listings...so we need have different strategy to get ranks these days...and sooner or later we had change it again to sustain our ranks.

These are really difficult niches to rank for, even blackhat (also, ranking with blackhat techniques is a lot more difficult than it used to be). I honestly doubt there's people on here that can accomplish this for you, please be careful who you trust and give money to.
