Best Programming languages to learn?

I'm a beginner,

However I want to write my own malware/exploits and do reverse engineering in the long run, with a bit of web exploitation and network hacking.

What are the best programming languages to learn for these areas?
If you've never programmed before then I would recommend either Java or C#.

They aren't really what you're looking for, but they are great for beginners. They aren't super easy like python, but also not too hard like C++.

They teach you what you need to know about programming. Once you get the basics down with those you'll be able to jump to something else with no problem.

The basics of programming languages are basically all the same, so you won't be wasting time by learning one of these first.

Of these two, I would say C# is probably easier, but you pretty much have to be running Windows for that one.

Thanks for the reply!

I will look at both of those programmes. 👍
