OK. short version. working on a game.. and i need to hire someone a team to work on my map design and are from INDIA. i dont want to judge indian people.. no i love them .. the food the hard workers people on every domain. but also im come here on a hacking forum to ask you guys idk if i will receive a reply from a indian to explain me better something like this.. but i want some tips to avoid scammers from india.. because this guys ask me on Payoner payment 30% in advance and can be like 5-15k$ so its a lot of money and if i give them from start this amount of money maybe they will vanise and i remaning with no map and with no 5-15$ so ye is important for me

and i need and i will be happy if i recieve anwser about how to make the contract what to add what to avoid etc..
and if payoner payment is save to use.. and if any scam can be evolve on this
and some tips how to prove if they are scammers or not.. like i have they website + they post some images.. but they have they logo on coner .. maybe you know some soft / website / tips where i can validty this images if is from internet i can search also on google images but the image is modifier but the product from images is not.. so ye
many tips please im trying to do good work for this world and is sad if i lose it my hope because of scammer..

They will work on it for like 20% and then they gonna start to blame that it will take longer than they expected and they want more money, and then you will hit a time where they are incapable of fixing it for you so they are going to apologize and then tell you that they will not fix it for you because they cant.

When you ask for a refund they are going to say that they have already worked so many hours on it and therefore they won't offer you a refund.

Stay away from all Indian coders not because they are incapable of deliver what promised, but also the bad customer service they provide.

Indians are the worst ppl to do deals with. It boggles my mind how they have any sort of economy. They probably just scam each other all day long

They always quote under and force you to pay the extra development cost. Take a look at freelancer.com at least they have a rating system.
