Made a deal for an exchange of my $50 PayPal for his $45 BTC. We had done a trade already for more than this trade, so I figured he was good for it. As soon as I sent payment, he went offline. He's been back online numerous times and refuses to reply to any of my messages.

I would like to get this resolved ASAP. Then I will be happy to change the B-rating on our trades to positive. If anyone has any questions or needs additional proof or info, just let me know.
