I really appreciate the offer but the $35/75m in the thread was a minimum.

Last time I checked the rates on roatpkz were 100k pkp = 18m osrs. You could sell the cape for 325 votes aka 325k+, combined with the bank that equals around 525k+ pkp. If you would exchange this for osrs money this would be around 90m osrs which equals $45 easily. I calculated this using the lowest prices and worst case situations, so I don't think $35 is a bad minimum price.
