its possible by flashing a cfw via the check m8 exploit.
but check m8 is only available till iphone X everything newer will not work with this method. at least atm.

maybe you could flash the nand chip on the phone but dont know if there are files aviable for them, that used to be the way to bypass icloud before check m8 exploid.
