Had a issue with someone who did some work on my headlights. I am trying to get a hold of them and just want to check to make sure they are not dodging my phone calls.

Just need someone in the USA to call a number, and when/IF the guy picks up, just say sorry wrong number.

Is this allowed? Anyone wanna help me out?
