Anyone in any Book Clubs?

I am trying to gauge the audience as I was thinking of starting one on here. It would purely be based Marketing/Business/Self-Help books. I believe reading can be better/easier to keep on track when you've got a supporting group.

So what do you guys think? Is there anyone interested on here? 🎉

I'll start on drawing up a plan and a structure so its not all over the place.
The topic seems not that bad, when I first saw the thread I was assuming it just just normal fiction/nonfiction at indigo or something haha. I’m personally not interested but I’m sure there’s lots of people who are

I like to read at least one good book every week, but since I really don't pin myself down into one genre I don't see myself being a long-term active member of a book club like that. At most an occasional visitor when the genre or even the specific book happens to be what I'm reading at the time.

I'm not a massive fan of books that aren't educational. I really don't get any joy out of them tbh with you. This group will be started with my own interests and then I'll do votes on which books to read next.

Thats absolutely fine. I actually had a plan to expand into several books running at once if there was a big enough crowd. Because obviously not everyone will want to read the same thing.

I would need moderators and group leaders to do this though and a handful of members with different tastes.

Me too. If there for fun, no way. If it’s educational I could go all day

I would be interested, but not necessarily in the types of books that you mention. I've been trying to break into philosophy lately, thinking of checking out some books in that area. I think that I do have a good amount of interest in business/finance though, as you mentioned business but that's pretty broad.
