Anyone know a good website (preferably free) or program to help build a blog?

My GF wants to create one for herself and I dont have any experience doing anything like this so I thought I would ask for some help from all yall beautiful HF homies.

Wordpress.com.

It's so, so easy to use. I was making blogs on their free hosted blogs when I was 9.

Can agree with Wordpress, it'll probably be one of your most easy options of setting up a blog and there's plenty of guides all over the web for things related to Wordpress.
