Granted I know people have done threads like this, but I wanted to share my goals/plans for 2020 with everyone.

So last year I wanted to get out of my shitty job working shitty hours for shitty pay I dedicated about 3 months to find and train for a new job. And well... now I am happy to say I am somewhere I want to be on the working ladder. Granted I will not share it with people as its not really something I do unless I know who you are and such bla bla bla.
Anyway back to the topic, I plan to try and work my way up the ranks in my new job and by the end of the year be the best man I can be. I know its easier said than done but I am sure everyone sets out stuff like this as a long term life goal but I feel like I have it in me to be not a longterm life goal but just a year of work into it and boom I will be even better of in life setting my older self a better life and maybe even my kids a worry-free life. That is as long as this whole WW3 thing doesn't happen. Thanks, trump.

What are your goals for this year, I don't mean the new year's traditions things that you say you will do as we all know half of you drop them about a day or two after you set them?

Getting a loan and purchasing at least 1 property that fits our plans, which ideally would be a 4plex that produces a $200 cash-flow per unit.
Getting fit, AGAIN. Relationships make you fat, x2 for marriage..

Hellz yes. People don't realize the changes in just the 2010s, or sometimes even the first 20 years of the century. It's crazy to think about it, and hard to imagine where we'll truly be.

My plan for 2020 is to go for another year of college, have fun and get my education. I have my friends wedding to go to in February, should be fun being a groomsman or even going to a wedding for the first time. I plan on getting another job while i'm back at classes because I left my management job after 3 years due to a bunch of stuff, so I feel you on that one OP. New management job in a different field hopefully will be different.

I plan on selling my car and getting another car also in 2020, i'm coming up on 200k miles and even though it's a Honda I can feel the tranny when it slips and bangs. I hope to get a nicer version of my same car.
