It seems that you are serious and not joking so i am going to answer, It is hard for me to give concrete information that is honest if i dont know your preferences, ex. win7 or win8/10.
Regarding the traffic then it come from targeted ads.
I prefer to target worldmix loads using win7 sp on RIG but it variates but somewhat around 25-28% on the kit itself but that is really not of your concern because let say you order 500 loads then you get 500 exploits on public stats and then load is done. Use fresh software and not cracked, rate is about %50-60 on Predator, Racoon, Amadey and other stealers and loaders but this is normal when loaded from EK, ask me about your soft before buying and i can answer if i loaded this soft before and the results.

Do you need the file crypted before sending it to you or you will crypt it yourself. And for Europe loads how fast would you deliver it?

The file need to be crypted, i am not a crypting service so i cannot crypt your file. I however can recommend a crypting service if you need one.
For how fast to complete Europe loads, I would need to know the amount of loads but you start receiving 10 minutes after you paid me also your payment need 1 confirm so it might add additional time to how fast i start.

You are not popular here and I am not seeing any vouch here either but I believe you with how you explained your traffic source. I will like to try your service with a lower quantity against your mentioned minimum requirement. and at $0.10 per install just 200 bots. If the bots are HQ. I will buy your normal fixed volume and price. and also I will need America traffic after the test phase.
