The police arrested a 22-year-old man from Arnhem on Wednesday on suspicion of offering about 12 billion stolen usernames names and passwords for sale on website WeLeakInfo. The arrest was made as part of a joint investigation by the Dutch police, the United Kingdom's National Crime Agency, the United States' FBI, and Germany's Bundeskriminalamt.

As part of the international investigation, a 22-year-old man in Northern Ireland was also taken into custody.

If they get more than 3 months for this that pretty much confirms how corrupt UK and NL law enforcement are. Both are facing non-violent charges for running a website used by law enforcement and fortune-500 companies to secure their employees.

Very accurate statement. But at the same time you see people who get locked up for 40 years over a half oz of cannabis, people who get 8+ years for just having a scale. I know that's different as this is being treated as a international, internet crime, but the theory still stands as to what I think. Its a shame as well.
