Can you collect local leads or build SEO websites for gathering local leads?
Essentially, you must gather their:
- name
- address
- phone
- email
- a description of what they need
- their budget (or at least an idea of their budget, to ensure they can pay the service it pertains to).
Your site or lead gathering method can gather additional information about them (i.e. survey, questionnaire, etc.) to pre-qualify them -- similar to what the service-based business would do. We send each lead over to the most suitable business in that niche.
I'll do the rest, legally. Sales and networking is my specialty as was taught in school and business, and I'm usually on the phone. I know what I'm doing, because if you can't get their interest within the first few seconds on the phone, it's done. My way is to maximize revenue, not cheap like selling a listing on the site, or a fixed amount.
It can be any niche; just make sure businesses will serve that in your selected region. Let's stay away from things where clients are below $x,xxx like General Dentist (they're always too busy/stubborn); or Towing Service because those are too urgent. Cosmetic Dentist can be an exception because those clients pay more. We want niches that have clients paying within $x,xxx and greater.
Please note, I will not invest in this. The only investment you probably need is domain which is already cheap. Use common sense in building your site and data gathering.
