Not in the same niche but one of my favorite is Human: Fall Flat. It's hilarious and there is no combat/lost lives so you can relax and laugh.

Oh yeah I saw it when it was released. Thought it was sp only, might wanna take a closer look

Risk of Rain 2 is pretty fun to play with up to 3 friends. It's a roguelike game that doesn't end until you and all your team mates die. You spend your time killing mobs and collecting items that infinitely stack, making yourself weird and interesting builds. A decent amount of characters to unlock so there is a sense of progression. I have alot of fun playing it with a few of my mates
