I am writing this as of today to bring a issue in the past that struck me in the community that is a vulnerability essentially for scammer's on the marketplace. And that issue is "proxy selling' where a user get's a "Trusted' user in the community to sell their "shit' good's & both be able to profit from it with little to no repercussions from it.
A example of this user "#Skyline' was "proxy selling' - he claim's another user named "traveling-monk' product's.
One of these product's is "CrackAttack' a tool that was sold on the marketplace that claimed to do multiple features and hold it's value. Except, it didn't at all - the product claimed feature's that never EVEN existed or were to exist in the software. Claimed there was support (User's posting about lack of support & wanting refund) as shown below. Plus another user being nice enough to raise hell on the thread for literally buying a piece of junk product, as well the response from the seller - pretty well shrugging it off..

"I have bought 1 month to use yahoo module... but there are not any Yahoo module, and never get in touch with the support to fix the issue.. My package expired and I paid for nothing.. Thank you for your great support and great product.. don't worry I am joking.."

As shown you can see there are not all the services as provided on the thread, so the service I'm looking for isn't even on there.
This was very misleading and based on the seller(s) reputation, I would have thought this would have been the product I was looking for, and not false advertised.
I'm actually butthurt about it honestly, just because how misleading this product is.. "

"Yeah our GFX needs updating."
This software was advertised as lifetime / with support / promised update's. Some people paid $80 USD in BTC for a "Lifetime Subscription' for a product that was closed randomly and user's were NOT refunded.
------------------------
Reason why I am bringing this up - the poster of the sales thread claimed to help be in development of this and manage the project blah blah blah. And when the other user "traveling-monk' up and bailed on me running away with $300 USD in BTC - a person #Skyline vouched for previously to me in PM's - the project "randomly' happened to be closed down with no updates to thread to the user's, nor refund's or compensation was provided from #Skyline who switched his story from me to being a manager of developing these project's to "I am not accountable for the actions for another user who I was proxy selling for' pretty well - he/she didn't say that word for word but you get the point..
Note; I am note claiming user's above are multi account's etc - just want to bring up a valid point.
Let's say a multi acc could make a software under name (B) and his name (A) be the account to do the "proxy selling'. When the mastermind of both (A,B) could charge user's for non working services under (A) account and just blame it on (B) account when push come's to shove.
Shouldn't both account (A + B) be responsible in actions for management of money / compensation and refunds?
Without holding both accounts or two REAL user's accountable - what's going to stop someone from selling shit good's to the market and claiming they were just proxy selling?
A valid case of it is right HERE ; https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5899085&
If this was two LQ user's doing this - don't you think they'd get banned instantly for something fishy like that or get called out?
I think most user's are too afraid they will get rep f*cked or something for calling out supposedly a "Trusted Member' - as some people will still want to dick ride this loser and support something like this.
Very funny too how someone can vouch for another user who he at one point CLAIMED to work with - ended up resulting me losing $300 (should used MM) but I want to know there is some good faith in the world still lol. Knowing all what I know now - maybe #Skyline got a cut off it. lol
TLDR ; don't use proxy seller's in case they are multi or proxy selling for a possible scammer.
What does the rest of the community think? Do you guy's think proxy seller's should also be responsible for sale's that were scams?
