Many features stated in selling thread don't work.
I requested support for this problems, but he doesn't respond at my messages for 3 days.

Not Working List:
Password Recovery (Chrome, Firefox): It shows nothing even though 5 passwords are saved in browsers. Netwire and WarZone recover passwords normally.

Clipboard Logger: It shows nothing. I clicked 'refresh clipboard logs' several times, but never works.

Remote Browser:
Chrome remote browser: White screen. Shows nothing
Firefox remote browser: It shows 'Welcome to Firebird's Hidden Browser'. But I can't click, type anything.

HVNC (Partially Working):
Chrome has no problem. It works well.
But when I open firefox, my keystrokes are only inserted to 'URL Address bar". I can't type to any other forms.
I can't log-in, search... etc

I tested Firebird Controller on Clean-installed Windows 7 Professional and target PC is Clean-installed Windows 10 Pro on VM.
I don't think the problems caused by my environment because other RATs like NetWire, Quasar works normally...

Please issue the refund.
