Hi.
I like to talk and learn about businesses so I love to hear if any of you have actual real life businesses.
Also I'm willing to give advice, support or whatever necessary for some people to launch their own ideas.
Currently I have two projects, a real estate project and some subscription based project.
What about ya'll?

Not sure if selling weed counts lol. I would get into window glazing if I didn't want to ruin my body. My parents owned a window installation company and I help my brother in-law install glass in window (glazing) for cash now and then which is like a gold mine lol.

Do you sell weed as a licensed "retailer"/shop?
Why don't you start for yourself with window installing?
I was looking for some land to buy to be able to start a business that I've dreamed of, but I think I'll be moving soon so I'll have to wait on that.

May I ask why specifically you need to purchase land to start your business? Is it agricultural?

It's not agricultural, but it's things that require buildings.

Businesses are hard to start, but I really want to start one when I get older. Specifically for something programming related.

Usually companies do not start with purchasing land unless it's a FDI (foreign direct investment) and that requires a massive start up.
New companies usually rent out a building or space they need to operate.

In most majority of western nations it is relatively easy to start a (legal) business. However, everything that comes after that is difficult.

Are you from an area that isn't that densely populated? If not, I would reckon it would be easy to find space to wrap and tune cars. Same for a coffee cafe! What is holding you back my man?

Nice, I'm a fan of the car shop.. there's a user here who can't remember his name atm but is doing quite well buying cars at auction and flipping them in his shop with his friends. Might be worth having a discussion with him sometime
