The above guy is a potential scammer, Help Docs says deal with anyone besides hf at your own risk.
if you are dealing with newbies or unreputed member, don't go first or always use a trusted middleman or escrow service.

How to deal:

1. Always check the profile of the guy and his post histories, and judge yourself.
2. check if the guy is trusted member, high reputation and low open disputes.
3. Always deal on hackforum, Start a Contract and use a middleman if possible.

4. Only go first with those guys, whom you finds real or they have proof of the product.
