I want to change registry key of a remote computer: LimitPasswordBlankUse 1 to 0. And want to use "net use \\server" on cmd. But people say I need to get an admin privileges first. How do I do all that?

I would check that remote registry is enabled, if not then you have to enable it. If you see 135/137/139 and on newer Windows 445 will also be open.
