How?
Been looking for free software that clean the entire pc of my pics, browsing history, and so but i cant find anything.
Please help.
Why u dont want to fresh install windows tho?
Also, Windows has prebuilt feature for deleting temporary stuff etc(Disk Cleanup) and every browser has a option to delete temporary stuff it created and things it saves.

Are you running Windows 10? If so, go to Start > Settings > Update & security > Recovery > Reset this PC > Get Started and then select Remove Everything. This will remove every file from your computer and restore Windows to its factory condition.
Not sure such a tool does exist, if it does there I guess there is some risks for you to see your system corrupted due to deleting files which shouldn't
Otherwise, just delete your user's profile and create a new one

When it prompts "Do you want to clean the drives, too?", select "Just remove my files". Unplug any external devices connected to the computer when it is resetting. If that doesn't work you will have to either get a usb flash drive or burn a disk. You could also manually delete all the files on your computer.
I suggest you format your drive and switch to Linux. Windows 10 is shitware.

You could use a tool like eraser ( https://sourceforge.net/projects/eraser/) to prevent files from being recovered. I can't vouch for its effectiveness, but it's better than nothing.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MEMBER
Yeah, Eraser should be decent for your needs. I’ve tested it myself before.

Sorceforge is a virus site
There's a bunch of open source bots for this. Just run a quick search and you'll tumble upon one.
