I want to make a downloader with C ++. When the downloader's executable opens, I want to download the files I want to the disk I want.

The only difference from normal downloaders is that it does this in the background.

How do I do this? Do you have a resource?

Since you said you want to hide it in the background you can use this:
ShowWindow(GetConsoleWindow(), SW_HIDE);

As genuine as I can possibly be, I don't understand what you're trying to do. You said you don't want to download files from the internet? But in your original post you said you wanted to make a downloader. Then you said you want it to be offline, where is the files going to be coming from if it's going to be offline? This is no longer a downloader if your using it offline.
