I think they take months before they start instantly releasing. Is your account fully verified?

I'm pretty sure it's 3 months before they fully release money.. BUT if you can supply a tracking number if possible and you can call them they will give you the funds
I opened another account last year and every item i sold i gave them a tracking number then as i say they released the money but if you can't supply that tracking number
you will have to wait... Have you tried phoning them and asking ? New paypal accounts are difficult now 👍

They never gave me instant release and I had my PayPal for years with 50k+ in transactions. They just made it unlimited when it comes to withdrawing and sending money. I think it's much easier to get this option if you are in USA.

21 days hold is the norm I think. Really screw paypal. They are the biggest legal online scam going on these days. Waiting for ebay managed payments to roll out in my area. I was paypal limited with over $5000 held for 180 days. I was running a legit ebay business for over 10 years, had a 15 year old paypal account. Without warning they did this to me. I even filed a BBB case and they did not care about my appeal. Basically a robot runs the whole thing now adays and their contract basically states they can keep your money for whatever reason they see fit. Keeping money in paypal is like trusting a crack head to pay you back the $20 you lent them.

I totally agree with you mate i just wish Ebay would use something else .. When i did contact Ebay last year UK they told me they were using another payment system in another country but as in a trial to see how it went and they were hoping to bring it to EbayUK last year but still nothing ..
Paypal there fees kill you for smaller items ..Larger are not so bad .. But the time you pay your Ebay fees then Paypal it's getting ridiculous . 👍

Still waiting here man, we had top rated power seller 2000+ 100% feedback! Lucky we have amazon and Jeff is on our side ;) But still this killed 50% of our business last year and this year.

Ok forgot to mention, PAYPAL NOW KEEPS ALL YOUR FEES FOR REFUNDED / CANCELED ITEMS! They used to just keep the 20 cents transaction fee for refunded/canceled item which was in a way complexly oxymoron. They originally started with only charging the 20 cents transaction fee for direct credit card payments, but if you paid for something with your balance there was no 20 cent fee. Either way I had no problems with their fees, just always added into my sales price etc.

But this is PAYPAL 2020. A ROBOT RUNS THE WHOLE THING. NO LIE! There is no support, they just want the algorithm robot make their stock paypal holdings (the joke right, they hold you're money, that's what they do) grow. They do not give a crap about the average seller. If you are a big known brand name corporate company, sure they will work with you and even assign special agents to your account. But who the heck has a big business like this selling on ebay? They fucked all the small guys over big time and only a fool would bother doing business with them for any reason what so-ever.

Sadly, You are better off creating a stealth account using identity theft, forged scanned documents, complete fraud etc. No risk on your part and you can have like 20+ ebay and paypal accounts being a ghost. Their company is something seriously wrong with the internet world these days.

To start getting goods/service funds instantly release you gotta receive 200$ without any disputes/chargebacks. Wait 100 days and then you will start getting the money instantly.

In the meanwhile you will have to wait 21 days to receive the funds or 7 days incase your buyer marks as product received/service rendered.

Don't quote me on 7 days it might be longer but its way less than 21 days if he marks it as received and you provide tracking info.

it use to be 5 payments, or $1000 cleared to have no limits on payments, Just wait it out, if its personal business account just add more info and they will release asap.
