That completely depends on how many people you choose to follow, if you have safe mode enabled, and the age of your account. a brand new account might have issues following 200 people in an hour, where an account that’s a year old would have better success.

There are no reported bans from using my software and I want to make sure no one gets banned.

Because I'm not upgraded so I'm not allowed to edit my post because it was over 24 hours old.

The price of the tool changed, the UI changed, i added more payment methods that I accept, and over 5 features were added, etc. Due to me not being able to edit the other thread to reflect all of this, I just made a new thread. It's easier to do that to have people see the features in the thread instead of hoping they just so happen to see my post on the bottom of page 5 or whatever saying the price of the tool changed.

if you get a phone / email verification, you can do them via my program and still login.

you do not currently need proxies, although it’ll be in a future update for people who need them.

Before I waste a whole bunch of time by adding a video, I'm talking about when you try to login to your account and you get the 'challenge_required' flag & have to send a verification code to your phone or your email address on file for the account. You can select which one you want your code sent to (on my program), send the code, and then type in the code you got sent via SMS into the program, and it will validate your session and let you login.
