[Open-Source] Orion - a centralized HTTPS Botnet

Orion is a centralized HTTPS botnet that supports Torified Communication. It is an older project of mine that had originally begun as a personal challenge to learn other programming languages and use them in a meaningful way. It consists of three main parts:
  • OrionBot - the actual client binary that performs tasks, coded in Delphi

  • OrionServer - the server that communicates with bots and admins, coded in Node.js

  • OrionPanel - the control panel that allows admins to hand the bots commands, coded in C#

I am sharing this project in the hope that it serves as a good starting point to people who are currently looking into botnets or the basic techniques behind them. By no means is Orion scalable, secure, or fully dependable. Thus, the purpose of this project remains solely educational.

Pre-compiled binaries are available in the form of releases.
I am open to suggestions, improvements, and other observations, but I do not plan on maintaining the development of this project in terms of its features.

I am currently in the process of documenting the code and extracting snippets that seem useful. Be aware that some of the code is badly structured and volatile.
Nice share, this is worth a look
Nice share. Very beautiful GUI
Doesn't look bad, I personally would have chosen other languages to write one but yours looks fine. Left some +rep & a PM :)
Nice nice, good aportation to the community ))
Thanks for sharing! Personally not a fan of Delphi but this is good for study

Thank you all for your interest in my project.

The source code of the Bot now has comments detailing what each exported function does, along with some additional documentation.
It if far from perfect, but it's a start.

I also made a detailed Setup Guide for the people who are interested in setting this up for themselves.
