I think people should consider their need first, pay when you can buy food ect. If it’s money on top of what you make regularly blow that shit baby.

I’m thinking IRA or open a high return savings and just leave it there.

Too bad adult dependents can't get the corona check. Many 18-30 year olds' parents still claim their child as their dependent on their tax return if they still live at home so they can have a bigger deduction thus making their child ineligible for the stimulus check.

So before all of you unemployed youngsters rush to turbotax to file your taxes saying you made $350 last year "lawnmowing", make sure to ask your parents if they didn't already claim you as a dependent in 2018 or 2019.

For real, this blows. I can't complain as my parents still help me a lot, but they also do not get anything for claiming me either as I am an adult. My parents now are forced to have both me and my brother home and are receiving only the amounts for the two of them as my brother is 17.

I understand it is just to help out and that we do not really need it, but I have to find something to complain about, right?! Haha, really wanted a new subwoofer. 😥🤣
