User is not responding to my messages after I paid $313 in BTC

This part of his open dispute is really telling:

“I needed that BTC urgently that night so I took it (scumbag move, I know and I regret it).
My paycheck was a few days late so couldnt send any money, but few days later I refunded the amount to the other guy.“

And that user was lucky to get it back. Most dont.

Not really sure why you went first for a user that isn’t upgraded and has an open dispute but to each his own.

Yep.... I let people go second as I have a negative rating + an active deal dispute, but clearly that wasn't the play.

Quoting you guys for advice - he just -1 B rated me claiming I scammed him and won't close dispute because he "sent me the money", yet I have clear evidence he sent me nothing and ignored all my messages. What can I do about this? I can't have the -1 B Rating on my account.

Even if I contact staff? It's clear B Rating abuse.... you can't dispute a contract because the other person opened a valid scam report against you with evidence.

Staff don't get involved. You could try message Omni but who knows how that would end.

Do the same thing to him? No reason why you can’t, and explain the situation in the b rating comment :)
