I've completed the requirements he stated in the contract, which were the following:
input youtube url
output mp3 url
and he is now saying he wants a GUI and a playback url, not a download url. neither of these were stated in the contract and i've now finished the requirements he asked for, and wouldn't be willing to do the rest for the same price, so i am disputing this, as i have no doubt he isnt willing to pay.

Jimmy Conway did NOT complete the product as described. Let's have a look at what my WTB Thread specifies:
"I am looking for someone to code me a script that automatically downloads a YouTube file as an mp3, and uploads it to a site which gives me a .mp3 output link (for instant playback)."
Pay attention to the "instant playback" part. This is NOT what Jimmy Conway did, he simply made a (very basic) script that takes the YouTube URL and uploads it to https://anonfiles[WARNING POSSIBLY INFECTED].com/. Which there are 500 public scripts on Github that already do. Nowhere near what I wanted.
Not willing to pay - that's bias, I would be more than happy to pay the $30.00 if you provided the product I specified. Your rude attitude is what led me to not want to deal further with you.

how would you like it if i suddenly said, oh i forgot i want an extra $20?
thats equivalent to what you are doing.

yeah i know for a fact he isnt going to pay me.
its very very simple, i have done what is stated in the contract, and should be paid the amount stated in the contract to the address stated in the contract. or else what is the point of contracts
also worth mentioning he still wanted me to send him the script so he could "test it".

True, you completed your part of the deal based on the terms, other is the question why he didn't stated what he really wanted.
