Help Decrypting files inside Zip Archive File

I have a zip archive file that I can open, but the files inside (JPEG and MP4) are password protected and I cannot unzip them and I no longer have the passwords. How can I bypass the password on these files? I've tried various cracking programs already and it says the zip file contains "no password" and none of the programs will allow me to try to crack the files inside the zip archive itself.

Thank you for any suggestions or help, and these files contain non-copyrighted projects I don't want to email to people either. I'd prefer suggestions or software that'll actually work.
My brother archived it for me some years ago. We all shared a computer and I didn't want my stuff getting messed with. I had the password wrote down on a scrap of paper in my art binder, but I don't have the slightest idea where it went. Knowing him I'm sure it was probably some generic program, but he's not with us anymore or I would see if he remembered. It had numbers and letters, I can't remember if it has any symbols. I don't know if that helps any.
