Start an affilliate website blog in any niche, buy articles - hire writers, buy seo backlinks etc etc.Promote products/services. You will be able to make money from it after 1 year or so when it starts to rank. You can do that easily with 10k or so if you go serious about it.
Other ways go full eCommerce man, get a course there are plenty of them learn some ecommerce and outsource most of the work hiring other people.

My advice would be to go to Flippa.com there are thousand of websites with huge traffic ,but more exactly there are people who sell their business . For example with 25000 you can buy a website who can make you 500$ per month or more for years to come .But beetr go to flippa and search for websites and there you will get all the details how much the websites makes per month etc .Study very well there

Be wary of people selling ebooks/get rich quick schemes.
Remember if it seems too good to be true it probably is.

Not ALL of them are scammers but there is a lot of nonsense in the ebook world.
