planning on getting intro streaming soon and setting everything up beforehand. Right now, I'm in the process of setting up donations. I got friends to test the button etc and it all works but paypal is putting the funds on hold. I googled it, and people said setting donations up with streamlabs is the solution but it's already setup via streamlabs. I've looked everywhere, and can't seem to find an answer besides accepting currencies that I don't currently hold which I've already allowed.
This is under a business Paypal account.

any help is appreciated.
when they donate, it goes to the streamlabs /tip page and lets them do it without any problems, but just gets put on hold on paypals end.
