Probably not, since usually the account is linked to whoever he refered to when it's created. YOu could try to contact the support, maybe they'll change it for you
I doubt they'll change that for you bro
I'd suggest get the user to cancel their subscription and create a new one with your referral using a new email address. That should work.

Doing this would most likely make your conversion flagged as fraudulent, don't do that lol.
They would see 2 different subscriptions from the same machine, IP, user info, billing address etc.

I don't see anything wrong with it. Don't be mistaken. Cancelling a subscription then deciding to create another. It's normal ain't it? It's like I changed my mind and now I want it again.

Or it could be that this account is being changed to someone else in my household as he will be paying the bills kind of thing. Don't really see anything malicious with that.

Oh no, nothing malicious. But if you see it from an advertisers point of view, it will raise flags.
I'm not telling him what to do, simply advicing him not to do that.

Potentially true. Maybe use some other IP then. If he currently uses a mobile for the service. Use a desktop. Or the other way round. I'm sure there is a way. Why waste a referral.

They'll most likely not even see this. They still earn more than what it could cost them
