Had one of these previously, original price from Razer is £100, these are returns direct from Razer selling at £45 and basically brand new. This isn’t membrane or mechanical, it’s kind of both, the keys are membrane but they have metal switches in also, when I used one I personally didn’t think it was much different to my other mechanical keyboards I’ve used, and I liked the medium height keys. You won’t get a better RGB keyboard for £45/$50.
