Well i was going to ask other than bootstrap what would you use?
Or is boot strap love and life? i dont know kinda of curious dont really know about bootstrap so much i like to make things on my own but been hearing how its better to have a framework that would speed up your front end work flow but i dont know
How do you guys feel about things like that at the same time what do you use bootstrap or just do things by hand?
Use bootstrap 4 or material Ui. Material is going to make your site look like a shit android app though.
There are a few, such as Skeleton ( http://getskeleton.com/) and Materialize ( https://materializecss.com/)
Inactive, I don't sell products anymore. Please do not message me.
Just here to occasionally lurk.

hahahha never heard of material UI but is bootstrap something you use? do you like to use it? you think its better to use or would it be better to design and develop your own from scratch?

I use the latest bootstrap 4 for all of my projects. I know the structure of it pretty well.

feel like since you mentioned skeleton you use that one, i had used skeleton before but idk feel like using other frameworks to speed up design is like kinda of cheating i dont know man, would you say that its worth the time to learn the frame work?

If you're going to use bootstrap logic when developing your own stylesheets then you should just go ahead and use Bootstrap. It's not a sin.
As for me, if I don't use bootstrap I style the css from scratch.

i feel you on that level, i mean i know you can preety much change up the concept through CSS you think it better to have it done like that or doing in from scratch? feel like it good to use a front end application when you want to get things done fast but idk started using it a little yesterday and i mean its interesting

Well it's wrong to call it 'front-end application' because that word entails something quite different than what CSS Libraries such as Skeleton, Material, Bootstrap and so on really are, CSS Libraries or also sometimes called a CSS Framework.
As for what I think is best to do, it depends entirely on the intention and for what use. No one will tell you adamantly to use Bootstrap, nor will they tell you to "do it yourself", or rather anyone who does it without knowing what you are using it for is stupid.
If you want my opinion on what you should do in what case you will have to explain the purpose of your website/'application'.

i mean i know i know, its more of a learning curve for me, but ye i feel like for fast projects its a great implantation but ye my bad with the framework, i forgot to call it more, but yes feel like css libraries really can change up the way and style of the website faster than just hard markup in a way but ye i understand man thank you for this

However, the downsides to it is how much you rely on others work and some of them always have security flaws that hackers finds and even when they update their system you would have to make changes to keep your site from not breaking.
oooo i understand that yup yup, i havent thought about that, but yeah i do tend to enjoy coding work myself and if anything just looking back at previous code or at least my own to add to other projects so in this case relying on your code at the end, but you never know there may be some good frameworks out there but i do feel you feel like itd be some work to look into it to fix any flaws
