Can turning off wifi on modem/router make me more secure

If i turn off 2.4GHz and 5GHz ( WIFI ) on my router/modem make me more secure since no one will be able connect to my wifi or hack into my wifi then try to get all the devices for example since i would only be using a ethernet cable to get internet is this true or false could someone tell me their opinion
Yes. If there is no wifi access they cannot get into your network by hacking it through wifi.

The only other options would be through the internet itself.
Yes. If it's off, it's pretty hard to hack.
The hackers you should worry about are probably not the ones hacking your wifi!! Your right though, no wifi enabled just hardwire, and your safe from wifi hackers or wifi interference!
That's right, disabling wifi will protect you as far as getting to you through your local network goes

From what I know, breaking the 5Ghz network is no different from 2.4Ghz. Just that the attacker will have the appropriate equipment that supports this technology (all Alfa cards are sufficient, e.g. AWUS036ACS and a Yagi antenna). So it's hard to say whether using 5Ghz alone will make you safer🙂
