Hey,
I've got this issue for a whole day and no one can figure it out but my bots wont load onto my botnet. It seems that there is an issue with my payload I think.

It's a ssh list I scanned onto a qbot. But litteraly everything works except for the bots getting onto the qbot. I even get the sending commands message of said ip. So it should get onto my bot but it just wont. I'm not the brightest with botnets so that's why I'm asking help.

Did you test your stub before spreading it? Is it runtime crypted?
Are you returning to a dedicated panel(http)? or another type of net?

It was a IoT Botnet (Mirai Variant) the issue was his server wasnt compiling the bins and when he ran the payload he was getting 404 errors as the bins were not on the server.
