1. Payments are made upfront. In some cases we can take partial payment depending on the order.
2. Service cannot be interrupted at any time once started. If it so happen that it is, it will be stopped and no refunds will be given.
3. We are not responsible for anything that may happen to your account. Make sure to change passwords after the service is done.
4. Resources for skilling and other services are not covered, however questing resources are 100% covered by us.
5. We are not obliged to provide deadlines/timeframes and if we do then it will be an estimate and not written in stone.
6. PayPal is only accepted from highly-trusted marketplace users with zero negative contracts. We reserve the right to deny any order & payment method.
7. In the event that a service cannot be finished or hasn't been started you will be refunded the total amount, other than that all sales are final.
