I noticed he had an open dispute too. But I took the risk because I needed 1:1 and he came through. Did a $200 deal and went first no problems.

and he changed his name , if you try to search his uid, he has bunch of disputes before the contract system was made.

I sold this user a fortnite cheat a while back and he went first no problems, and he sold me $200 BTC and fulfilled his deal. If you’re so convinced go contact staff. I just spoke with Vitani the other day, I’m sure if he thought that was valid or if he thought anything sus about me I would be banned. I was in writers back in the day and have been here for years. That scam report you linked was an invalid scam report from 2015. 5 years ago. You can keep digging and trying to find dirt on me and you can neg me for no reason. Not phasing me.

I will say this again for the people in the back, this user FULFILLED THE DEAL. I vouch for him because he fulfilled this deal. Last time I checked you don’t have mentor or staff. I can say to deal carefully with this guy if he has an open dispute you may be right he may be doing legit things and trying to do a big scam who knows but I feel obligated to defend him considering I just bought coin 1:1 which is hard to come by and I appreciate it.

I am not sure if this is allowed, and if it is that's disappointing. OP is openly asking to deals that make him 0$ (probably lose him money) to raise his contract count. I highly recommend people do not deal with this person unless he goes first. Nothing against Spooky, maybe it was legitimate, but scammers do not scam every deal. Doesn't make them not scumbags.
