I bought his crypter "DataProtector" and after 1 day this user suspended my license without no reason and won't give me a refund.

The reason he suspended my license was just because i crypted a Darkcomet server and he said i should have used "Something newer that is maintained". There is no mention in this users DataProtector thread that wasn't allowed to crypt a DC server.

I contacted the user, with good intentions and asking for help to know what Remote Administrator Tools i could use with his crypter and got treated like trash and no help was provided.

I just want a refund to finish this situation.

Well ... I will be devil's advocate with both of you.

First, @rockbottomiswhereIam when he says "outdated not maintained" RATs, then he certainly pictures DC as well, since this RAT is not only heavily outdated (and hard to crypt), but also extremely unsafe since it has several security vulnerabilities which could expose YOU and getting YOU hacked just by running it and exposing the listening port to the world.

Secondly, @n0$f3ratu$ I believe that since you have added an automatic license ban for crypting those RAT's, then that means that you have created specific signatures to identify them .. which means that in my honest opinion you should have spent some time to create an accurate list of unsupported RAT's.That way you would have avoided this whole mess in the first place.

In conclusion, my opinion is that @rockbottomiswhereiam you should ask from @n0$f3ratu$ to give you either a free or cheap alternative to DC that is supported by his crypter, so that you can both go on with your lives and no one be at loss.

You are totally right about the problems that DC can cause, but as i was going to use it locally i thought that would do the job.

As you can see in the convo, i asked the @n0$f3ratu$ , "May i know what Remote Administrator Tools can i use?" and his response was: "Something newer that is maintained."
As i'm not getting any help to resolve this situation, i was in my rights to ask for a refund but instead of giving me my money he just insulted me.

Worst buying experience ever lol. How this user is allowed to sell in the Marketplace?

PS: Also, that user added me to his ignore list. That means that he doesn't want to resolve this situation and basicly stole my money.

I don't think it requires a refund since he re-activated your license for you, just buy/obtain a newer RAT.
I believe the fact you are using the RAT "locally" is a void point since you bought the crypter to hide whatever it is you are doing.

Using DC is my fault, but n0$f3ratu$ never stated that i couldn't use it with his crypter. Also, he refused to help me, trash talked, added me to his ignore list and banned my license.

I'm on your side on this one. If the buyer is using outdated software and your thread clearly states that your program doesn't work on outdated software, then he can't complain that it's not working for him.

I don't even RAT anymore but when I did, I was like 13 (and I'm 21 now) and I was using Dark Comet back then, and it was an unmaintained and old project back then even.
