Monitor, Mouse & Keyboard not turning on first boot

Hey everyone.

I have a problem with my new PC. My mouse, keyboard and monitor are not turning on during first boot. However, the case fans, cpu fans and gpu lights are all on. When I long press the power button to restart, everything turns on. The second boot never failed once but I don't think this is a good way of doing it, right? This has been going on for over a month now and I want to fix it so I don't end up destroying my PC and burn money. :/

AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor
MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard
PowerColor Radeon RX 5700 XT 8 GB Red Devil Video Card
TX-M Series™ TX650M — 650 Watt 80 Plus® Gold Certified PSU (UK)

When I built it I changed the a-xmp profile to enable, dram = auto and to the freq of my ram which is 3200. I overclocked the cpu (watched a vid on YT) to 4.2 ghz & 1.43v. I did try to overclock the GPU using MSI Afterburner and Heaven Benchmark but I have since deleted Afterburner and just used the automatic undervolt on ottoman.

Edit: Ram 3200
From my experience XMP can sometimes not work well with some motherboards and Ryzen. I’d say disable XMP profile and try again
