Hey everyone I am new to hackerforums I need some help. Could someone tell me how to make a clickable button that re directs to another site. How do i do i?

You can't make a clickable button, the most you can do is create a hyperlink like so:

I think you're talking about a clickable image. People create an image that looks like a button, add it to their post and add a link around it, like so:

Also the image you use as the button must be served through HTTPS, otherwise it will be removed.
