what is the difference between native and net?
native depends on system dlls (defualt in the system)
net depends on custom dlls version (need to instal)

If your context is an applciation, then :

Native mean you execute the application outside Common Language Runtime (CLR), Net mean you execute your application on CLR Engine, the app must be written on CLR-Compliance Language, the advantage of net application is Automatic Memory Management, Garbage Collection, Type Checking etc..
Code written in C# will be compiled to intermediate language which then compiled to machine language just in time by the .net framework runtime. It work almost like java which need java virtual machine.

Native code does not require something like that.
Native code is written in the native machine language of the computer that it's running on, and executed directly by the processor, such as C, C++.
Managed code is written in some special language that requires additional software(s) to run (aka manage) it. This is what we often call "interpreter", as it interprets this special code, such as .NET, Java.
