Hi I would like to learn to write exploits but I don't know where to start. Where should I start? or you don't know some good tutorials thanks to everyone

By write exploits, I assume you mean execute exploits maybe? Assuming you already have some knowledge in computing (how computers and systems work), I recommend you do some CTF style challenges - that's how I learnt. Here are a list of website you can practice on:
Bandit OverTheWire: (https://overthewire.org/wargames/bandit/) Beginner Natas OverTheWire: (https://overthewire.org/wargames/natas/) Beginner PicoCTF: (https://picoctf.com/) Beginner Try Hack Me: (https://tryhackme.com/) Beginner to intermediate Hack the Box (https://www.hackthebox.eu/) This is more advanced
Well how much do you know about normal development? I'd start there. Can't really begin to understand why breaking things in certain ways yields desirable effects until you know how things work to begin with.

This is a good Exploit Dev course. It uses the book Shellcoders Handbook as a reference.
Would be best if you knew the fundamentals of C before taking it though. https://samsclass.info/127/127_F19.shtml
