So I noticed a white diamond award on my account that only said lottery and then I left for about 10 minutes or so and came back. once I refreshed the award was gone so what happened and what does this mean? did I win a lotto or something ?

I've had that happen with a Hackuman Egg before and never seen the egg again after it disappeared. Hopefully you get it figured out.

Hackuman eggs disappear overtime if you don't use them. Or at least this is what I've been lead to believe based on what I've read from other people commenting on this matter.

Go to your profile and view your awards there.

The award is there, but doesn't show up on your posts. 😵

I'm not seeing it. That's the first that I've heard of this bug. Not sure what would cause it.

So what happened is that Lotteries originally was only for Bytes. Later on Xerotic added lotteries for eggs, which is where he made a small mistake. If a lottery does not have a winner (noone bought tickets to the lottery), the egg will be returned to the creator of the lottery.
The mistake here is that the system tries to return the egg award to the creator when the creator (you) made a lottery for Bytes.

Meaning you made a Bytes lottery and noone entered. After ending the system tried to give you back your egg (there wasn't an egg to begin with) and gave you a nonexistant award (no name) with the first award image from the sprite.

If you want it, make a bytes lottery and make sure noone enters. Also make sure it ends before Xerotic fixes the bug. Good luck :p

Okay yeah I menqa if this is from a bug then I would not advise others to take advantage of it. I was just wondering how I got it and then why it is not showing up lol

This was already tested by webdev77 as well, and it turned out to be true. A lottery with no entries will grant you the white Diamond award and give the description "- Lottery".
