There are lot of ways how to hack accounts. Phishing, leaked databases, brute force, keylogers, RAT. You can get passords within minutes or even hours, days.... If you want hack somone accounts, you can send links in FB, insta, SMS.... so you don´t need victims e-mails.

A famous way is to get the victim mail, go to weleakinfo.to, check if they got leaked passwords. If yes, your lucky, and try the password.
