--It's a traveling Salesman problem that needs to be solved using any greedy Algorithm
--You can use anything from the standard library for any part of your project -except the hash table. The hash table must be written “ground up” using lists or tuples (but no dictionaries).
--I will provide a git repo (from another student) with the full project code done (you can use that as a base of course you will have to be able to explain the main algo)
--you will have to write a one-page explanation of the Core algorithm used in pseudocode (I will provide an example doc also)

1x Distance Table
1x Packages file (with 40x packages)
