Which face mask do you guys use? Cloth? Medical? N-95?

I've been just sticking to the generic medical one's, but my friend with the N-95 said that the one's I'm wearing don't really do much of protecting me and shouldn't be worn more than once.

I'm considering getting a N-95, but I read that it's for those on the frontlines and a lot online seem overpriced.

The CDC does not recommend N95s for the general public, as these are vital supplies that should be reserved for medical workers.

Nice! Yeah a good DIY cloth mask is fine and cheap to do it yourself.

The N95 has a filter, which is why it's superior.

I currently don't wear one because the social distancing measures in stores are fine. I'm currently working from home so no need to wear one a lot.

The cloth / surgical ones are not for your safety but for the people around you.
It blocks the droplets when you cough but it doesn't actually provide any real protection from what you're breathing in.

Also, don't forget to wash the used ones (if they are the reusable kind) or throw them out.

I don't use a face mask because I don't go outside near other people because I have no life and just sit in front of a computer all day trying to get more and more pointless magic internet points.

I currently just use a basic blue medical mask. I’ve got a few left I’m running low though, I’m required to wear one at work and I’m too forgetful to wash a cloth one.

I also used a cloth mask, but i try to not go out these days. Better be safe than sorry.
