Hi all,

I have a non-jailbroken iPhone with the latest iOS version. I back up my whatsapp chats on icloud.
I would like to retrieve messages I received from a sender. He deleted them quickly after I read the messages. I don't think they were backed up on iCloud since they were quickly deleted.

Is there a way for me to retrieve those messages?
If so, could you please let me know how?

Many thanks!

As far as I know those messages are permanently lost .

Thanks for your answer.
I might be stubborn but I still hope/believe it can be done.
Anyone?
